LNG Low Temperature Control Valve
The LNG low temperature control valve is applicable to the flow control of LNG under low temperature conditions. There are mainly two categories: single seat valve and sleeve valve. In the regulation process, the purpose of pressure and flow regulation is achieved by changing the size of valve flow area. Cage type control valve is a kind of control valve that uses an internal wide cage and piston to regulate the flow. The wide body structure is reasonable, and the wide internal fluid channel is streamlined. It is also equipped with a guide wing to improve the fluid balance flow, which has small pressure loss, large flow and can be adjusted widely. Single-seat Control Valve
The single seat control valve is a top guide structure control valve. The free body structure is tight, and the flow is S-streamline channel. It has small pressure loss, large flow, wide adjustable range, high flow characteristic accuracy, and good vibration resistance. The regulating valve can be equipped with multi spring diaphragm actuator, with large output force. Suitable for controlling fluids and high viscosity media with different pressures and temperatures.
