Applications
This type of ball valve series is a hygienic valve series used for material transmission control. Widely used in food, beverage processing, and pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
• Sterilization temperature: 150℃ (Max20min)
• Inner surface treatment: Ra≥0.4-0.8um
• External surface treatment: Ra≥0.4-1.6um
• Welding end pipe diameter: Welding port: DIN11850-2 and 11850-1/SMS/3A/ISO series
• Connection method: Welding, Quick installation, External thread, Internal thread, Flange
• Material: Stainless steel 304, 316L
• Seals: PTFE or PPL
The maintenance is convenient with simple structure of the ball valve , and it is convenient to disassemble and replace as the sealing ring is generally movable.
