Product Features

GB Gate Valve

Features:

Gate valve refers to the control valve whose closing piece (gate) moves in the vertical direction along the centerline of the passage. In the pipeline, the brake regulator can only be used for full opening and full closing, and cannot be used for regulation and throttling.

When the gate is closed, the sealing surface can be sealed only by the medium pressure, that is, the sealing surface of the plate is pressed to the valve seat on the other side by the medium pressure to ensure the sealing of the sealing surface, which is called white sealing. Most of the gate regulators adopt forced sealing, that is, when the valve is closed, external force is required to force the ram is pressed to adjust the seat to ensure the tightness of the sealing surface.

When opening the valve, and the lift height of the ram is equal to 1:1 times the diameter of the control valve, the fluid passage is completely pulverized, but this position cannot be monitored during operation. In actual use, the vertex of the valve pole is taken as the sign, that is, the position where it can not be opened is taken as its full open position. In order to consider the phenomenon of locking due to temperature change, it is usually to turn back 1/2 to 1 turn when the valve is opened to the position of the item point as the position of the full open the valve. Therefore, the full open position of the valve is determined by the position of the ram (i.e., the stroke).

Therefore, the full open position of the valve is based on the position of the ram.

Flat Gate Valve

Features:

1. It adopts floating seat adjustment, two-way cut-off and reliable sealing. The valve seat is internally provided with a lip shaped gasket, which is conducive to low pressure sealing and has a fire protection function.

2. Both the ram and valve body have a finely machined guide mechanism, and the sealing surfaces are sprayed with cemented carbide, which is erosion resistant.

3. Because of the use of floating adjusting seat and fine processing guide mechanism, the opening and closing torque of the valve is reduced by half compared with that of regular gate valve, and the opening and closing of the valve can be easily operated.
